On March 18th, the New York Chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association (“FCBA”) will host a Panel Discussion moderated by our own NYSWA Secretary and Board Member, David Bronston of Phillips Lytle LLP. The Panel, titled Communications and Utility Networks – Reliability and Emergency Preparedness, will be held that evening at the New York School of Law in New York City from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. This exciting and thought provoking program will discuss security and reliability issues associated with communications and utility networks.  Power grids and communications networks must protect against a wide range of threats, from natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and other challenges.  A panel comprising leading industry members and experts will discuss the challenges confronted by utility and communications companies to protect their networks and the communities they serve.
