Mr. Marciano has over 30 years executive management and hands-on experience in the wireless/telecommunications and real estate/construction industries. From 1989-1993 Mr. Marciano held various management positions with NYNEX Mobile (now Verizon Wireless) and Comcast Cellular (now AT&T). He was recipient of the NYNEX Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Cell Site Development (1990). Mr. Marciano founded and operated a nationwide site acquisition/project management firm from 1993 – 1999. This firm was sold to a nationwide engineering firm.

He then became a senior consultant to Sirius Satellite Radio to manage deployment of its nationwide terrestrial repeater network (1999 – 2001). In 2001, Mr. Marciano co-founded a nationwide in-building wireless development company which successfully raised $5m in funding and was eventually bought by a nationwide wireless aggregator. From 2003 to 2007 he served as a senior consultant to Richard Connor Riley and Associates; performing business development, management of senior staff and client management for this nationwide law firm specializing in telecommunications real estate services. In 2008, Mr. Marciano joined Red Wing Enterprises and served as its President through 2015. He remains an owner and board member of Red Wing Enterprises. He is also currently serving as a management and business development consultant to the wireless industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia and has completed graduate studies at Pace University and NYU.

Adrian Berezowsky

Mr. Berezowsky is Vice President at Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc., a leading nationwide environmental and regulatory due diligence firm specializing in wireless infrastructure development projects. His daily responsibilities include business development, management and technical oversight of environmental and regulatory projects as well as administrative and financial duties for the company.  Prior to his current role, he was founder and President of BirchCo, Inc., a boutique firm focusing on environmental and regulatory oversight and compliance for wireless infrastructure clients.

He has worked in the wireless infrastructure industry since 2007, having helped to found IVI Telecom Services, Inc., a nationwide environmental consulting firm which also specialized in environmental and regulatory due diligence for wireless infrastructure and which was acquired by CBRE Inc. in late 2014. At CBRE, Mr. Berezowsky continued his focus on environmental and regulatory due diligence for wireless infrastructure clients as Senior Managing Director of the Telecom Advisory Services group which also became CBRE’s internal resource related to wireless infrastructure at, on or within CBRE managed and/or owned properties.

Mr. Berezowsky attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (Bachelor of Architecture) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is Vice President and events chair for the New York State Wireless Association and co-chair of the Wireless Infrastructure Associations Environmental Engineering and Consultants Working Group. He has written and spoken numerous times about various topics affecting the wireless infrastructure industry and environmental concerns.

He lives in the lower Hudson Valley of New York with his wife and three boys and enjoys spending time with them as well as mountain biking, reading and attending various events in the Ukrainian diaspora.

Lucia is a Partner and Vice-Chair of Cuddy & Feder’s Telecommunications Practice group. She concentrates her practice in zoning and energy law, with an emphasis on telecommunications. Her background in environmental engineering allows her to integrate technical experience into her representation of landowners, developers and the telecommunications industry.

She uses her multi-disciplinary experience and extensive knowledge to manage consultants and formulate approaches to successfully advance projects through complex and sometimes controversial permitting and approval processes. For a major wireless carrier company, Lucia successfully secured state agency permits and local municipal approvals for a number of various controversial infrastructure projects. Lucia has a proven record of developing strategies to achieve client goals and avert litigation. When litigation is inevitable, her strategies result in a sound record. She regularly appears before municipal and state boards, commissions and agencies. She frequently lectures at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on land use and zoning issues.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Lucia had a successful engineering career where she served as project management for several utility clients. The various projects she administered included energy efficiency rebates programs, water/wastewater treatment facility operations and management and telecommunications design.

Lucia received her Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law.

Robert D. Gaudioso

A partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP since 2000, Robert has successfully litigated wireless telecommunications and public utility cases in Federal District Courts and State Courts in New York, New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, Arizona, and New Hampshire. He has successfully represented a national developer in a breach of contract case against a municipality resulting in a favorable settlement in excess of 30 Million Dollars.  Robert has personally appeared before countless land use boards in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and throughout the State of New York.

A tenacious leader in our firm as well as an influential industry contributor, Robert has been continuously named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list since 2013. He applies his skills beyond the call of duty as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of the New York State Wireless Association (NYSWA), as well as Vice President of Operations for a Condominium Board and Vice President of a Homeowners Association.

Due to his extensive experience and knowledge, Robert frequently lectures and has been published in leading wireless communications industry journals on topics such as Federal Telecommunications Law, FCC Regulations, Small Wireless Facilities and DAS, 5G Technology, Public Safety Radio, FirstNet, Drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Before joining the firm in 1994, Robert graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law School (J.D.), obtained a Masters of Law in Environmental Law, and a B.S. summa cum laude from Stony Brook University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey.

Patrick Ford is a member of Ford Law Firm LLP and chair of the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Departments. Patrick’s practice focuses on the representation of telecommunications clients in all areas of their corporate and commercial interests. Since starting his career in the legal department of Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile (now Verizon Wireless), he has counseled telecommunications clients on all facets of network growth, including leasing issues, zoning matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Patrick has lectured on telecommunications leasing matters and is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Over a 30-year career, Paul Fettuccia has risen through the ranks: from Time Warner Cable Field Technician to Intermedia Communications Engineering Manager to President and General Manager of ANS Advanced Network Services (ANS). Since taking over as President and GM, Paul has led an aggressive expansion of the company’s services and footprint.  Including adding new employees, extending the company’s physical presence and adding T-Mobile, AT&T, and several federal government agencies to a robust account roster that already includes Verizon Wireless. Additionally, Paul has made ANS a fast-growing provider in the important Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Private Long-Term Evolution (LTE) and Citizen Broadband Radio Services (CBRS) market segment.

Prior to his current role, Paul was appointed Vice President and General Manager in 2002 wherein he established relationships with Verizon Wireless and Verizon (landline) as well as AT&T as a “turf” vendor. He also spearheaded the company’s expansion into Tower Services and Power Services. Paul joined ANS in 1999 as Director of Engineering, leading the implementation of the TL9000 Quality Systems and the redefinition of Project Management Systems while also serving as the principle Sales Engineer.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University and his Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Network Management from Syracuse University. He currently serves as Secretary on the Board of the New York State Wireless Association.

Paul is a resident of Rensselaer County, NY, an avid golfer and boater and the proud father of two boys. When time permits, you might find Paul enjoying his homemade red wine and a fine home-cooked Italian meal with friends and family.

His representation has included transactional and litigation matters, such as permitting for wireless telecommunication carriers, infrastructure owners and developers; and site leasing work, site development and asset sales and purchases throughout the U.S. He has particular expertise in Distributed Antenna System and other small cell networks where he is involved with both business and regulatory aspects.

Mr. Dimitroff is a member of the Federal Communications Commission’s Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee. He is also currently active on several committees for The HetNet Forum and a member of WIA. Additionally, he was a co-founder of the New York State Wireless Association, where he served as President for over five years and remains an active member of the Board of Directors.

Heather currently leads the Vertical Sales efforts for CCI, and is responsible for growth and expansion nationally with customers in emerging technology, government, energy, regional and local markets.

Heather joined Crown Castle in February of 2019 with over 15 years of industry experience, most recently as Director of Business Development for the Managed Networks and Innovation team at American Tower.  During her tenure at American Tower, Heather also managed sales efforts throughout the New England and New York Metro markets, and led a legal team supporting real estate activities.

Prior to her time at American Tower, she worked in real estate, insurance defense, and mergers & acquisitions for private firms in the Greater Boston area.

Heather has a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and her Doctorate of Law from New England School of Law.

She’s also an avid New England Patriots fan and enjoys any and all outdoor activities!

Paul Eisenberg is a Co-President at Repeater InSite Wireless Group, LLC. Paul brings to Repeater hands-on experience as a second-generation developer, operator and investor in telecommunications real estate and networks. Complimenting his day-to-day activities at Repeater, Paul has helped spearhead the rollout and expansion of the OneVoice P2T Radio Network, an advanced digital 2-way push-2-talk network with service covering 70% of the population of the northeast founded on a Motorola DMR platform. Paul’s telecommunications experience began at Shore Group Inc. a leading Voice over IP, data network integrator and network management firm where he was a Cisco Systems Certified CCNA, CCNP, and CSE Sales/Systems Engineer. At Shore Group, he designed and deployed solutions for major enterprise clients including Verizon Wireless, Mercedes-Benz, Clifford Chance LLP and others on the company’s proprietary network management and systems automation solutions platform. Paul began his career at Universal McCann as a Media Systems Analyst focusing on the telecommunications industry. Paul is an active member of the New York State Wireless Associations Board of Directors and was Co-Chair of the 2019 NYSWA Wireless Forum. He is also a board member and director of CityWide Disaster Services, Inc. a not-for-profit corporation that provides Public Safety Communications in and around New York City. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Ithaca College.

Christopher B. Fisher, Esq. is a founding board member of NYSWA and served as its President from 2012-2018. He currently serves as NYSWA’s State & Local Government Affairs Advisor continuing educational and industry efforts with federal, state and municipal officials to accelerate wireless growth across New York.  Chris is also a member of New York State’s Cellular Taskforce created in 2019 and appointed by Governor Cuomo to serve as an industry representative.

Under Chris’s leadership, NYSWA established its Wireless Forum Conferences in NYC, championed NYSWA’s charitable efforts to support workforce training of military veterans for high paying jobs in the wireless sector, published a statewide wireless economic impact report, expanded relationships with the FCC in Washington and State leaders in Albany.  His focus was to provide new and improved opportunities for NYSWA members to do business in New York and meet the wireless needs of the public.

Chris is also a member of WIA’s Innovation and Technology Council and has chaired prior working groups focusing on municipal government relations and small cell policy. Chris also serves on the Board of the Westchester County Association and leads its technology efforts. Chris also contributes to the wireless industry national where he focuses his efforts on mobile infrastructure deployment.

Chris is Managing Partner at Cuddy & Feder, LLP, a New York based law firm where he chairs the firm’s Telecommunications Practice Group and is a past chairman of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Development Practice Group. He has provided wireless operators, tower companies, DAS and small cell developers with real estate, municipal franchising, zoning, environmental, litigation and other siting legal services for over 25 years.

Ed has performed services for each of the 5 major carriers in the US, the big three tower companies, and many program management companies.

Prior to Tectonic, Ed worked for LCC and had his own site acquisition firm. Ed has degrees in Law Enforcement and Psychology. In his spare time Ed serves as a director on multiple boards, and you can usually find him with his horses at national reining competitions.

Aaron has a background as an operations specialist and brings that knowledge to the telecom field and to his new role on the NYSWA board. Prior to joining the telecom field Aaron served as a first responder in Fire and EMS roles, with responsibilities including all back-office administration as well as field operations. Aaron brings his operations, sales and marketing approaches to all aspects of business development and management.

Michael is currently responsible for helping Future Technologies grow its market share in Site Development services through his leadership and experience.  His extensive Site Development experience focuses on delivering high quality professional services to help customers prepare for their deployments through Site Acquisition, A&E, Environmental and Raw Land site deployments.  Michael spent his first 8 years in the industry on the vendor side with the A&E/CM organization ARCnet followed by a switch to the carrier side with 10 years at Sprint managing various areas of the Sprint Sites Tower Portfolio.  Since then he switched back to the vendor side of the industry and has remained there for the past 10 years in senior management positions, focused on organizational turnkey build approaches.  With over 25 years of overall telecommunication experience, Michael has worked deploying 1000’s of new sites and has been on the full turnkey approach on both the carrier and vendor side.

Joe Messineo is responsible for all aspects of wireless sales management for New York local government agencies, public schools, and private universities and colleges across New York State. A 17-year wireless industry veteran, Messineo joined the company in 2003 and has held various sales leadership roles during his tenure.  He has had responsibility for customer sales and retention for business accounts of all sizes and in different channels throughout New York. In addition, he managed a statewide team of business account managers responsible for driving AT&T wireless benefits to employees of both business and government accounts. Joe has been active with NYSWA since 2010 and a member of the board since 2012. An advocate for the communities where AT&T employees live and work, Messineo is a two time winner of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. A life-long resident of upstate New York, he currently lives with his wife, son and daughter in the Rochester area.

In her 16+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Administration and Marketing, Denise M. Reed has served on and contributed to Executive teams, managed successful service expansion and implemented department-wide solutions to improve outcomes. Denise has built a consistent track record in meeting Sales Operations & Marketing goals across areas including revenue increase, customer retention, bottom-line improvement, and team-building in competitive, fast-paced environments. Most recently, Denise successfully helped ANS Advanced Network Services become a recognized telecom industry leader. As Marketing Manager, Denise leveraged her experience in cross-team strategy to develop positioning, branding and messaging to differentiate ANS in today’s fast-paced, competitive telecom market.  Denise has been actively involved with NYSWA for the past few years collaborating with the planning of various key events.  She is the proud mother of a son and daughter, originally from the Boston area, Albany NY has become her home.

Steve Ruzzo has over 23 years of telecom experience, utilizing his engineering background managing the design and development of wireless networks throughout the Northeast for carriers and tower companies.

Steve started his career with Ericsson in 1996 on the AT&T Wireless launch in the New England Market. He soon transitioned over to Omnipoint (now T-Mobile) for their network launch in New England and onto Build-to-Suit tower company Unisite (now American Tower Company) developing towers in the Northeast. Steve took an opportunity to expand his carrier experience developing sites for Sprint with Tectonic Engineering and eventually advancing to manage engineering plan development for all the wireless carriers. Steve joined National Grid Wireless (now Lightower) in 2002 spearheading their efforts to attach the wireless carriers to National Grids transmission assets throughout New York and New England. He became more involved in the expansion of Lightower’s national tower portfolio until sold to SBA in 2008. In 2009, he returned to T-Mobile and for the next 8 years managed the upgrade of their network through both 3G and 4G technologies. In 2016, he joined Ecosite, managing Build-to-Suit towers in the Northeast markets for the past 3 years. Steve is now working on 5G modifications for Verizon Wireless in Upstate New York with Pyramid Network Services.

When Steve is not deep into developing sites, he is enjoying watching his son develop in school, sports and music, and often finding himself coaching hockey baseball and lacrosse.

Leslie J. Snyder is the Managing Partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP.  Leslie has developed a unique practice involving real estate and telecommunications matters.  She has extensive commercial real estate, zoning and land use expertise.  With over 25 years of experience, Leslie has negotiated leases and procured governmental approvals for switching facilities, distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cell facilities, and other vital telecommunications installations.  She is a frequent lecturer on zoning and environmental issues involving the development of wireless infrastructure.  Leslie is a former Town of Harrison attorney and currently serves as a director of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation.  Leslie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law.  Snyder & Snyder, LLP is certified by WBENC as a Women’s Business Enterprise.

Tom Wiseman is the Director of Business Development for RAMAKER and Associates (a nationally based Architectural and Engineering firm).  Tom has over 25 years in Telecommunications and Architectural/Engineering Services.  Throughout his career, he has worked at various levels and roles of managing the design and construction development of wireless systems throughout the Northeast, as well as national accounts.   He began his carrier at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he completed his studies in Construction Engineering.  From there he advanced through the ranks to become partner and COO of an Architectural firm focused primarily in Telecom.  Following the path of Telecommunications, he moved into a national role with Ericsson and managed the T-Mobile and then AT&T site implementations from Site Acquisitioning through construction.  His path finally led him back to his roots in Architectural and Engineering where he currently heads up RAMAKER’s NJ office in Woodcliff Lake.  After opening the doors in 2015, He began growing and expanding the presence of RAMAKER in the northeast and managing the overall operations and staff.   Today he is focused on overall companywide Business Development and company partnerships both locally and nationally.  Tom is a very hands-on person who still enjoys getting in the field and on sites to see and learn new ideas and technologies within the industry.
