Chris Fisher, President
Christopher B. Fisher, Esq. is a founding board member and has served as President of the New York State Wireless Association since 2012. Under Chris’ leadership, NYSWA established its Wireless Forum Conferences in NYC, published a statewide wireless economic impact report, expanded its advocacy with State leaders in Albany and has otherwise provide new and improved opportunities for NYSWA members to do business in New York. Chris also contributes to the wireless industry nationally as a member of PCIA’s Innovation and Technology Council and HetNet Forum, where he focuses his efforts on mobile infrastructure deployment. Chris is a partner at Cuddy+Feder, LLP, a New York based law firm where he chairs the firm’s Telecommunications Practice Group and is a past chairman of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Development Practice Group. Chris has provided wireless operators, tower companies, DAS and small cell developers with real estate, government relations, zoning, environmental and other legal services for over twenty years. Chris has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Communications Law for the New York Metropolitan Area for three years running (2013-2015).
Adrian Berezowsky, Vice President – Events
Adrian is President at IVI Telecom Services, Inc., a nationwide environmental consulting firm specializing in telecommunications infrastructure development. IVI is affiliated with the IVI Companies which together provide all manner of real estate consulting services. Adrian attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (Bachelor of Architecture) and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Juris Doctor) and has been working at IVI since shortly after finishing his education. Read more
Adrian specializes in regulatory and compliance issues relating to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, National Environmental Policy Act compliance, historic preservation, wetlands, floodplain, endangered species and other related environmental issues. He is active in various state wireless associations as well as in his community and enjoys working with like minded people on resolving important environmental and regulatory issues.
Tom Marciano, Vice President – Strategic Partnerships
Mr. Marciano has over 26 years executive management and hands-on experience in the wireless/telecommunications and real estate/construction industries. From 1989-1993 Mr. Marciano held various management positions with NYNEX Mobile (now Verizon Wireless) and Comcast Cellular (now AT&T). He was recipient of the NYNEX Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Cell Site Development (1990). Mr. Marciano founded and operated a nationwide site acquisition/project management firm from 1993 – 1999. This firm was sold to a nationwide engineering firm. Read more
He then became a senior consultant to Sirius Satellite Radio to manage deployment of its nationwide terrestrial repeater network (1999 – 2001). In 2001, Mr. Marciano co-founded a nationwide in-building wireless development company which successfully raised $5m in funding and was eventually bought by a nationwide wireless aggregator. From 2003 to 2007 he served as a senior consultant to Richard Connor Riley and Associates; performing business development, management of senior staff and client management for this nationwide law firm specializing in telecommunications real estate services. In 2008, Mr. Marciano joined Red Wing Enterprises and served as its President through 2015. He remains an owner and board member of Red Wing Enterprises. He is also currently serving as a management and business development consultant to the wireless industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia and has completed graduate studies at Pace University and NYU.
Robert D. Gaudioso, Vice President – Advocacy
Robert D. Gaudioso is a partner with the law firm Snyder & Snyder, LLP. Robert graduated summa cum laude from Stony Brook University in 1990, cum laude from Pace University School Law School (J.D. 1993) and obtained a Masters of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York. Read more
Robert has personally appeared before numerous land use boards in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has litigated various wireless cases in Federal District Courts in New York, California, Massachusetts, Arizona and New Hampshire. Robert is the Co-Chair of NYSWA’s Regulatory Committee, has been published in leading wireless communications industry journals, and is a frequent lecturer to the wireless industry speaking on the topic of wireless communications, including Public Safety Radio, NYCWIN, FirstNet, 5G, Drones and the Internet of Things (“IoT”). Robert D. Gaudioso was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Patrick Ford, Assistant Treasurer
Patrick Ford is a member of Ford Law Firm LLP and chair of the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Departments. Patrick’s practice focuses on the representation of telecommunications clients in all areas of their corporate and commercial interests. Since starting his career in the legal department of Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile (now Verizon Wireless), he has counseled telecommunications clients on all facets of network growth, including leasing issues, zoning matters, and mergers and acquisitions.Read more
Patrick has lectured on telecommunications leasing matters and is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
David Bronston, Secretary
Mr. Bronston, Special Counsel with Phillips Lytle LLP, was recently elected secretary and serves on the board of directors of the New York State Wireless Association, and focuses his practice at Phillips Lytle on telecommunications infrastructure. He has extensive experience with network licensing transactions and the intersection of telecommunications infrastructure with real estate. He has represented public and private property owners nationwide in license agreements, right of way agreements and other access agreements with telecommunications service providers. He has also represented all types of telecommunications service providers and carriers (with a particular expertise in Distributed Antenna System networks) in negotiating leases, licenses and franchise agreements with private property owners as well as local governments and obtaining all necessary legislative authorizations and administrative licenses, permits and approvals.Read more
